Cancellation

The club is not on sale yet. Joining the founding waitlist is not a charge. When membership is live, you manage pause, pass-on, and cancel from your account, or write through the contact form.
Subscription
Pause or cancel at any time from your account. If the current month’s drop is already confirmed or packed, that letter still ships and stays on your membership. Later months stop once the studio confirms your request.
Prepaid
Remaining unused months can be paused or passed to someone else from the member desk. Passing the club on moves the next drops to their address. Cancelling does not automatically cash out what is left — pause or pass those months on if you want them used.
The member desk
Signed-in members can pause upcoming drops, pass the remaining membership to a friend, or cancel after those options. The studio confirms each request. A pack already on the bench still goes out.
The founding waitlist
There is nothing to bill and nothing to unwind. Ask us to take your name off the list if you no longer want studio mail.
