What we collect

The public waitlist asks for a first name, email and WhatsApp only. That is enough for us to write when there is news. We do not ask for a date of birth, address or membership tier on that form.

The contact form may also take a phone number and a message, and whether you want studio news. If you later become a member we will ask for a postal address and, if you choose, a WhatsApp number, and we will keep membership status, deliveries, and the requests you send from your account. You may later share a date of birth (or the studio may record one you told us) so we can write on birthdays — that field is optional. When card payments go live, the processor holds the card — we do not store full card numbers.

Outbound studio contact

Joining the waitlist, ticking yes to studio news, or becoming a member is your consent for the studio to contact you. That includes email, WhatsApp, and post about the club, drops, exhibitions, commissions, and related studio news. You can ask us to stop any of those channels. Stopping WhatsApp or email does not stop a drop that is already packed.

How we use it

• Run the founding waitlist and invite people when we launch
• Pack and post drops to the address you give us as a member
• Answer enquiries and commission requests
• Send the outbound messages described above
• Keep members and collectors as separate lists
• Remember birthdays and join dates for a more personal studio note, if you have shared them

Who else sees it

Hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email workflows (Loops.so), WhatsApp (Meta) if you later give a number, and a courier or post office when we send a drop. We do not sell your list.

How long we keep it

Waitlist and collector records stay until you ask us to delete them, or they are clearly unused. Member records stay for as long as we need them to run the club and keep a delivery history.

Cookies

Sign-in cookies are essential. The paint-to-enter cookie only remembers that you have already entered. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the public site is used; it does not identify you for advertising.

Your choices

Write through the contact form to see, correct, or delete what we hold, or to stop outbound mail. Members can also change address and WhatsApp preference on their account.
