Drops are packed once a month at the start of the month, from Daisy Dollar’s studio in Hertfordshire, UK. After packing, processing usually takes a few business days before the parcel goes to the post.
Where we send
South Africa is the usual destination. We also post internationally. You will add a full postal address when you become a member — the founding waitlist does not need one yet.
How it travels
We send by standard post. Tracking is not always available. Any customs, duty, or import fee is yours to pay. Quoted times are estimates, not a promise of a day on the doorstep.
Your address
Keep the address on your account accurate before we confirm the next month. A pack sent to the address you gave us is treated as delivered for our purposes.
Delays
Holds at the post office, customs, weather, or other events outside the studio are not our fault. If a drop is still missing after the expected window, write through the contact form and we will look, as set out in refunds.
