These terms cover this website, the founding waitlist, and the Penny Post Mail Club run by Daisy Dollar (Daisy Dollar Art) in Hertfordshire, UK. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them, and to the Privacy policy. The club is not on sale yet.
The Penny Post Mail Club
Members receive a studio-packed letter each month. There are two tiers — Studio and Deluxe — and two ways to join when we open: a month-to-month subscription, or a prepaid stretch of months. Daisy chooses what goes in each drop. You must keep a deliverable address once you are a member.
Age
You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist or the club. If you want a drop sent to someone younger, the account holder is the adult who signs up.
The founding waitlist
Leaving your name and email does not make you a paying member and does not guarantee a place. It is a request to hear from the studio when we launch. Membership starts only after the studio confirms it.
Billing, when the club is live
Subscription members are charged for each month until they pause or cancel. Prepaid members pay for a set run of months in one go. Prices and the payment date will be shown at checkout — we will not invent them here. A pause or cancel must land before that month is confirmed and billed. Once a pack is locked, that month still goes out.
Pause and cancel
Members manage pause, pass-on, and cancel from their account. Details sit on the cancellation page. A drop already confirmed or packed may still be sent.
Outbound contact
By joining the waitlist you give the studio the right to contact you by email, WhatsApp (if you later give a number), and post. That includes club news, drop updates, exhibition invitations, and related studio messages. The studio will not sell your details. You can ask us to stop a channel at any time.
Daisy’s work
Paintings, photographs, writing, and the contents of each drop belong to Daisy Dollar unless we say otherwise. What you receive is for personal use at home. Do not copy it for sale, merch, or a public reprint. Commission work is agreed separately in writing.
Not advice
The site and the mail are studio work and notes from Daisy. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Collectors and guests
Buying a painting or coming to an exhibition does not create a club membership. Those records stay on the collector list unless the studio invites you to join.
Liability and law
Post can be delayed or lost outside the studio. Tell us if a drop does not arrive and we will help, as set out in refunds and shipping. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived under the law of England and Wales, which governs these terms. Disputes are heard in the courts of England and Wales.
